Certificate of Insurance (Additional Insured - Processing Fee)

This is our processing fee to provide a certificate of insurance for public parks or to add an additional insured to our insurance policy. Our insurance meets all the requirements set by local governments.

Requests to add an additional insured must be made at least 1 week before your event date.
