Weather Policy/Payment Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
It is the customer's decision to cancel the rental due to weather. (we won't cancel on you - we can set up rain or shine! So, it is totally your decision.) Your payment can be applied toward another rental within one year (like a rain check - you won't lose your money!). To receive the Rain Check, or Credit, you must inform us of your decision to cancel due to weather before rental items are delivered. Once delivery crew arrives onsite we will not provide any rain checks, and you must move forward with the rental. Changing the booking date, or cancelling, for any reason other than inclement weather will result in the loss of your payment and/or rescheduling fees.

How does it work? Don't worry, we keep the rental process easy!
First, browse the website to see the many inflatable rental options. You'll find pictures, descriptions, pricing, and more info for each item we offer. The easiest way to make a reservation is through the website. But, don't hesitate to call, text or email - we are here to help!
Our pricing is very simple and straightforward. You can get a rental quote, with delivery service included, and make your reservation on this website. Standard Delivery Service in Nashville, TN is $20 and varies for other surrounding cities.
Online orders must be completed at least 3 days before your party. We recommend making your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance.
Inflatable rentals are for as long as you need for the day! You can select a time period of up to 12 hours. All pricing is "per day." We do not offer hourly rates.

How does delivery work?
The Backyard Bounce crew will deliver, set up, and go over any instructions you might need. It usually takes 20 - 30 minutes for our crew to get a bounce house or slide set up. Our normal delivery service hours are between 10am and 6pm.
When you make your online reservation you will select a “Start Time.” We consider this to be the time your party begins, or the time you would like to start using the inflatables. You will also select and “End Time.” This is the time you will be finished with the equipment. These are not the times that we will arrive to set up or the time will will return to pick up the equipment. We cannot schedule exact delivery and pick-up times.
We will schedule your delivery to arrive at least 1 - 2 hours before the Start Time you selected. We aim to have everything up and running well before the Start Time.
Oftentimes, we will need to deliver your equipment the day before your party. If we deliver the day before your party, it will be scheduled during our regular service hours, 10am to 6pm. We will give you a 2 hour window of time to expect our arrival. We will send a text when we are on the way.
If your items are delivered the day before your party you will need to unplug the inflatable overnight, and it will lie flat on the ground. Simply plug it back in when you are ready to use it.
We will come back for pick up after the End Time you selected. Pick Up could be on the following day.

Saturday Rentals:
Saturday rentals may be delivered on Friday and may not be picked up until Monday in some cases.

We are closed on Sundays.
All Sunday rentals will be delivered on Friday or Saturday and picked up on Monday

We will contact you by email a few days before your event to confirm delivery/pick up times.

Extra Services:
Please contact us if you require delivery and pick up all on the same day. For example: a party at a public park would require Same-Day Service (not available on Sundays)

Extra Early Service (6am - 8am)
Early Morning Service (8am - 10am)
After Hours Service (6pm - 8pm)
Extra Late Service: (8pm - 10pm)
These extra services are not available on Sundays, and are usually not necessary for residential parties.

There are no additional fees for us to deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after your event during normal service hours!

What do we need to set up an inflatable?
All inflatables require electrical power. (Just a regular power outlet) We will provide 100 feet of extension cord per inflatable. If you are renting multiple inflatables, they may need to be plugged into separate outlets on different breakers. Power strips usually do not work. Generator rentals are available for locations without power (like parks).
Water Slide rentals will include 50 feet of water hose. Please have additional hoses, if necessary. The water slides work with a regular garden hose.
We cannot move rental items up or down any STEPS. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we cannot safely access the installation site. Please contact us if you have questions about this.
Gates and Doorways must be at least 42 inches wide (this is 3 and a half feet). We will need a clear path (about 42" wide) from where the truck is parked to where you want the items set up.
If you are setting up indoors - please make sure there is an entry at least 42 inches wide!
You can find the amount of space required for each inflatable on the website. Click on the "Size" tab. Make sure your area has sufficient space for the inflatable to fit safely.

Tax Exempt Customers: Please contact us by phone or email to make a Tax-Exempt Reservation. Our online booking system will add sales tax automatically.
