Backyard Bounce provides inflatables and party rentals in Nashville TN - Backyard Birthday Parties, School Events, Corporate Parties, and Church Gatherings are all our Specialties! We are a local, family owned, party rental company that has provided phenomenal customer service at a competitive price since 2007. It is our goal to help make your party more FUN and memorable with an easy rental process.

We want you to have a great experience with Backyard Bounce! Here are a few things to keep in mind when making your reservation.

  • Rain Policy: It is the customer's decision to cancel the rental due to weather. You must notify us at least 2 hours before we are scheduled to make your delivery if you want to cancel due to weather. All payments are non-refundable. If the weather is bad, your payment will be credited toward another rental within one year (like a rain check).
  • Tax Exempt Organizations - Please call or email to make your reservation!
  • The rentals are for up to 6 hours. You can place your order online for a period of up to 6 hours. Please contact us if you need the rental longer - we can still help!
  • Minimum Order is $145.
  • We require a 2 hour window for our delivery personnel to aim for on delivery and pick up. For example: if you chose 11am to 5pm for your rental period, the crew will arrive between 9am and 11am to set up, and they will be back between 5pm and 7pm to pick up. (It takes about 15 minutes per inflatable to set up.) Additional charges will apply for an “exact” delivery or pick up time.
  • Deliveries and pick ups are scheduled from 8am to 8pm. Additional charges will apply for service earlier than 8am, later than 8pm, or overnight.
  • Online orders must be completed at least 48 hours (2 days) before your party. Call us if your party is today or tomorrow - We can still help!
  • Set up on grass - Stakes are nailed into the ground to secure the inflatables. Please clearly mark any irrigation or utility lines that we should avoid. Backyard Bounce is not responsible for any damage.
  • Set up on pavement/concrete/asphalt (driveways, parking lots, etc.) - We will secure the inflatables with heavy sandbags. It is $15 per inflatable to anchor with sandbags.
  • All inflatables require electrical power. (Just a regular power outlet) We will provide 100 feet of extension cord per inflatable. We can provide a generator for locations without power (like parks). Generator rental is $75.
  • We will contact you 1 day before your event to discuss details, delivery/pick up times, etc. Please contact us before then if you have any questions.
  • Silly String: Do not let any silly string get on or in the inflatable! $200 cleaning fee will be charged for silly string removal.
  • You are responsible for the children’s safety. Please supervise all participants and follow the rules.
  • Most importantly - HAVE FUN!!!
