Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How long are the rentals?

The rentals are for up to 6 hours.  You can place your order online for a time period of up to 6 hours.  For example: you can select a time frame from 12pm to 6pm.  In this case, your delivery is scheduled between 10am and 12pm and your pick up will be between 6pm and 8pm.  We require a 2 hour window for our delivery personnel to aim for.  Please contact us if you need the rental longer - we can still help!

  • How long does it take to set up?

On average it takes about 15 minutes to set up an inflatable.  Sometimes it is quicker and sometimes a little longer depending on the situation.  

  • Does the price include Delivery and Setup?

Yes, within our "Free Delivery Zone."  We try to keep things simple and charge a flat rate that includes everything!  We'll do all the work and you can have all the FUN!!!  Sales tax is not included in the prices on this website.

  • Are there any additional fees?  Yes, for these services:

Deliveries outside the Free Delivery Zone (price depends on location)

Delivery Service before 7am or after 8pm (or overnight) - $50 and up

For a more exact delivery or pick up time frame (within 30 minutes) - $50 and up

Processing Fee for adding an Additional Insured (required by parks) - $25

Generator - for locations without electrical power (most parks) - $75

Cleaning Fee for Silly String - $200 and up!

  • How do I make a reservation?

You can easily make your reservation online, or simply give us a call and we can take care of everything.  The best way to get a quote on multiple items is Email.  Online reservations must be completed 48 hours before your party.  Call us if your party is today or tomorrow - we can still help! 

  • What if it rains, or the weather is bad?

It is the customer's decision to cancel the rental due to weather.  We only require that you notify us 2 hours before we are scheduled to make your delivery.  All payments are non-refundable.  If the weather is bad, your payment will be credited toward another rental within one year (like a rain check).  You will not lose your money!

  • How far in advance should I make a reservation?

We recommend making your reservation at least 1 week in advance.  Some inflatables are booked months in advance, so make your reservation as soon as you can!  Online rentals must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your party.  If you are a last minute planner - that's ok - just give us a call - we can still help!  Many times we can even accommodate same day rentals.

  • What if my party is at a public park?

If you are planning an event at a park you will probably need the inflatable company to provide the city with a certificate of insurance.  Our insurance meets all of the requirements.  We charge $25 to provide the certificate of insurance and add additional insureds to the policy if necessary.  Please contact us to help plan your event at a park.

  • Do you have generators?

Yes, we can provide a generator if necessary.  At residential parties we can use a power outlet in the home.  We only need a regular power outlet, and we will have extension cords.  If your party is at a park or other location without power available, then you might need a generator.  We can provide a generator for $75.  Call for details.

  • Can adults play too?

While all of our inflatables are industrial grade and top quality, we do not provide our services for "adult" parties or college parties.  We do have a few options that are good for high school kids, but we prefer to provide our services for ages 2 - 14.

  • Do your offer discounts or specials?

Yes!  We offer package deals when you are renting more than 1 inflatable.  Please Email, info@MyBackyardBounce.com for your customized quote on multiple items.

  • What if I need to make changes to my order?

Please give us a call to discuss changes to your order.  Changing the delivery or pick up times is usually not a problem at all.  Please give us at least 14 days notice to change the date of the party for any reason other than inclement weather.

  • Can we set up inside a gym?

Yes!  No problem, we just need to be able to fit the inflatable through the doors.

  • Can we set up on a driveway or in a parking lot?

Yes!  Please let us know when you are placing your order if you want to set up on an asphalt or concrete surface.  We will need to be prepared with tarps and sandbags to secure the inflatables.
